Significant Sinus Massage

Did you know you have 8 sinuses? Maxillary (by nose, cheek area), Frontal (above the eyes/forehead), Ethmoid (sides of eyes), Sphenoid (behind your eyes, deep into the skull).

With this session your sinuses will be massaged to relieve pain, congestion and to drain those blocked passages. Your face will be cleansed, massaged and aromatherapy used. You will also receive a neck/shoulder massage,

Deep Tissue Massage

This is for you if you truly want a massage, not for relaxation but to have those muscles worked extremely hard. This is the same as the serenity massage, only much, much more pressure is applied.

Prenatal Massage

After your third trimester, you may enjoy this relaxing, nurturing, soothing massage. You are never on your stomach. You will lay on your side and back with pillows for support and comfort. This session is a welcome relief if your back, legs, and feet are aching. Safe, fragrance-free oil is used. Both you and baby will love it!

Guided Prayer Massage

Have you ever felt comfort knowing someone was praying for you? During the massage, anointed oil is burned and the hour or half-hour massage is done with (intermittent) prayer, as peace flows through you. I will pray aloud (if you choose) or silently. I can simply pray as led by the Spirit, or you can choose to give me guidance on the areas in your life that you would like prayer. Here are some examples of where you might need prayer: for wisdom and guidance, releasing anxiety and depression, an attitude change, offering forgiveness/grace, increasing patience, a relationship change, releasing pride, being more disciplined, loving yourself, etc. During our time, we will know He is listening and you are cradled in His arms. This is not a religious time; it is a receiving and releasing time so you feel better.

Glycolic Peel for the Face

A Glycolic Peel is a superficial peel, which means there will be no peeling or frosting (where the skin turns white). This peel is very beneficial because glycolic is a great exfoliator which means your skin will be softer, and your products (such as moisturizers and serums will penetrate more). Makeup will go on easier and stay on longer, and fine lines can be reduced. It lightens brown spots and unclogs pores. The glycolic compound is an alpha-hydroxy acid, or fruit acid, which is a non-toxic organic compound derived from sugar cane. It is recommended that the peel be done every 2-3 weeks until the results desired have been achieved.

Rejuvenating Facial

During a Rejuvenation Facial, after the skin is thoroughly cleansed, it is examined to see if there are comedones (blackheads), milia (whiteheads), or any other issues. Your face is then exfoliated to remove dead skin cells, which prevents your moisturizer and other products from working well. After the exfoliation, your skin is massaged. Next, a masque is applied. While your masque is nourishing your skin, your shoulders and neck are massaged. Lastly, your masque is removed with a soothing warm towel and a moisturizer (which has SPF) is applied.

Delightful Dermaplane

This procedure is a resurfacing technique where the dead skin cells are removed along with unwanted hair. The procedure removes "peach fuzz" (vellus hair) from the face and chin and those unwanted black hairs on and around your mouth. Vellus hair often causes a buildup of dirt and oils in the hair follicles so removing this gives healthier-looking, smooth skin. Nothing indicates aging as much as a dull complexion which is caused by a buildup of dead skin cells. With dermaplaning, makeup glides on better and stays on longer. Also, your products (such as cleansers, and moisturizers/serums) penetrate better. (You receive a neck, shoulder massage while the hydrating mask is conditioning your skin.)

Cupping Facial

The Cupping Facial utilizes an ancient technique of placing suction cups on the skin to help facilitate healing and provide improved blood flow. This facial minimizes fine lines as it relaxes tension in the face. It increases blood flow, moves stagnant lymph fluid, and stimulates collagen production. Increasing collagen is important because it is the main protein in our connective tissue and it gives our skin strength & elasticity. The face is cleansed, examined, exfoliated, massaged… and a moisturizer is applied.

Delicious Facial

This delicious facial will include a lemon cleanser (which helps prevent blackheads), a watermelon scrub (which hydrates,) a green tea mask (which fights bacteria), and an avocado moisturizer (which increases collagen). Included in this facial is a face massage using 100% fractionated coconut oil (won’t clog pores). This facial is chock-full of antioxidants that repair the skin, leaving it soft. The face is cleansed, examined, exfoliated, massaged, and a shoulder and neck massage is included while the mask is setting. As the last step, a moisturizer is applied.

Mini Facial

If you want a beneficial facial but don't have an hour to invest, this treatment is for you. As you unwind on the heated table and listen to peaceful music, your face is cleansed, exfoliated, and massaged. If necessary, blackheads or whiteheads can be removed. A masque is applied, and while it is nourishing the skin, your neck and shoulders are massaged. In the end, the moisturizer with SPF 50 is applied. This session is relaxing and effective.

Rose Facial

The Rose Facial has six steps (cleanse, evaluate, massage, exfoliate, mask, and moisturize). While your mask is on, you will receive a neck/shoulder massage. This facial includes an array of rose-based products that provide aid in hydration, and assist with reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

Pumpkin Facial

Pumpkins contain enzymes and alpha hydroxy acids which break down dead skin cells. By removing the dead cells normal cell regeneration speeds up. They also offer a smoothing and brightening effect, resulting in prettier skin. As with other facials, your skin is cleansed, examined, massaged, exfoliated, and a mask is applied. The final step is the moisturizer being applied. Included is a neck/shoulder massage.

Back Facial

All of the benefits that come with a facial… but for your back instead of your face. Relax and have your back steamed, cleansed, exfoliated and massaged. Blackheads will be removed. A mask will be applied and you will receive a neck/shoulder massage. The mask will be removed with a warm towel, and you will feel great!
